- Manage and troubleshoot all hardware, software, and basic network related issues.
- Set up new computers/laptops/printers and peripherals.
- The focus will be on hardware deployments, software installation & configuration, inventory, hardware repair, etc.
- Having a passion to do some level of engineering tasks.
- Team working ability and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
- Multitasking and flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet the tight deadlines.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
